Employees are nice, drinks are good, and the bathroom is always clean. However, almost every time I’ve been in here (which is quite a few), there is only one person working. Last night 7/14 I went in around 8 pm and the place was packed. There was only one girl working and don’t get me wrong, she did a great job given the situation, but if there was another employee it wouldn’t have been a 20 minute wait for a smoothie and pretzel. Highway robbery
Definitely not friendly customer service. Every question we had seemed to bother the server. It's close to home so thats why we stopped. Tru bowl in Redlands has much friendlier service. Please work on your customer service
