Very disappointed with how the reviews are… came afternoon to evening around 5pm? And both employees seemed completely disorganized, and uncooperative of each other, no one received a hello form myself or anyone that walked in right me, which the line was outside the door when I arrived… decided to go elsewhere after the experience…
Ordered online 3/13/26 at 1900. Order said ready, went to ask and the girl proceeded to tell me im by myself not working on online order and dont know how much longer. Get more staff or fix the online ordering problem. Very inconvenient
The worst experience ever. The first thing I asked for was granola on my Acai bowl. He cut me off asking the size, gave him the size, and the rest of the toppings. He already had a nasty disposition, sleepy, lazy, didn't great with a hello or anything. Makes my order workout granola. I stated that I asked for granola. He proceeded arguing with me that I didn't. I said did in the beginning, then asked if he could just give it to me on the side. It would be extra, fine and still saying I didn't order. I said instead of arguing... read more
