Made an order and the tip screen had an automatic 20% tip. I’m NOT happy about it and will skip this store in the future. Even worse, the smoothie tasted like chalk. Edit for clarification: By default the tip screen has 20% tip selected so, you have to actively choose not to tip by manually selecting no tip. In my case I just hit the bright blue “OK” and it just gave a tip to the staff. When asked if I wanted to remove the tip when I complained I declined to remove the tip.
