there ia s lady she serves me very bad i am regukar customer here she give such looks and treats so badly and sometimes i feel makes ma drinks extra sweet by adding on more stuff ghat i am not sure of as i have different taste when a different person makes it i am fed uo with her she treats me like shit for no reason and accidently if its her turn to take my order she ll either donot come to counter or ll attend another customer who entered later before me ...i am so tired of her and i feel like not going to this place just ... read more
I walked into the Rialto. CA location off of Riverside st and was immediately told online orders only, it irritated me because my son was sick and wanted juice it up and I googled their location for him since I don't live in CA. Why can't they serve their walk in customers real quick and continue online orders? I'm never going to juice it up again. Bad customer service...
Walked in at 7:58 2 couples sitting killing time and my son was told they were closed when he came out looked at the time it then showed 8:00p.m they should of turned off the open sign people still stuck around till 8:11 horrible never again coming to this location will have friends not come here at all could of at least apologized. Service 👎👎👎
I came to this location and was treated very rude. The work “Ana“ was taking my order & when I asked what the Açaí Bowl had she replied with “NOTHING” but with a really mean attitude. She was extremely rude and walked away leaving me at the counter without anyone to take my order.
