I came to this location and was treated very rude. The work “Ana“ was taking my order & when I asked what the Açaí Bowl had she replied with “NOTHING” but with a really mean attitude. She was extremely rude and walked away leaving me at the counter without anyone to take my order.
My coworker and I came by after our shift and was hoping to buy smoothies for ourselves and 10 of our coworkers. We got there and waited at the register for a few minutes. A young lady tells me that they closed early (mind you she’s telling me this at 4:01) and we were standing at the register for a few minutes. Today is Easter and it looks like they chose going home over making money for the business. DEFINITELY won’t be returning.
I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Juice It Up, and I had to take a moment to give these guys their flowers. I’m a BIG acai bowl person, and I’m very particular about how I like it—especially when it comes to the honey. I like a LOT of honey, and most places usually hold back… but not here. These guys got it EXACTLY right. Edgar B., Jordan G., Evan H., and Nick P. didn’t just make my acai bowl and juice—they listened. They paid attention. I made online order for pick up. When I got there the girl asked if I was picking up I said yes and she asked for the name and told her. I ordered 3 large acai bowls and I was there by myself picking them up and she just left them on the counter without bagging them. When I asked if they had a bag she grabbed a bag and just set it on the counter instead of handing it to me or even bagging my stuff. I wont be coming back to this location again. I tried seeing if she had a name tag for her name but she did not have one.
