My husband went in yesterday and received a smoothie with 2 plastic pieces inside causing him almost to “CHOKE”. He reacted fast and went back to store to notify them. He received a new smoothie. He forgot to take pictures. He called me right away to tell me what happened. I called them multiple times with no answer and no voicemail available so I can make sure manager or owner were aware of this incident and to be more careful in the future as this can cause harm or even death. Love this place. Nice people and good food good service
I came in for my first time and the service was terrible due to the staff not being knowledgeable about their job and how to explains discounts/charges to the customer. They did call thwir manager to seek assistance after I kept asking what she charged me and what would be refunded and Instead I was met with an attitude because she kept providing conflicting information.
