I came in for my first time and the service was terrible due to the staff not being knowledgeable about their job and how to explains discounts/charges to the customer. They did call thwir manager to seek assistance after I kept asking what she charged me and what would be refunded and Instead I was met with an attitude because she kept providing conflicting information.
They have Nutella bowls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted at all, which already set a negative tone. When I placed my order, I was given attitude instead of basic customer service. I even said “thank you,” and the employee just looked at me and walked away without responding. Simple manners and acknowledgment go a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. This experience made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. The food was ok at best
