I normally enjoy Juice It Up, but this visit was disappointing and highlighted an opportunity for better training and order management. I waited approximately 30 minutes for a single smoothie. During that wait, it appeared online orders were being prioritized over customers in the store. When my smoothie was finally ready, it was accidentally spilled by the employee at the blender station and had to be remade.
