A old friend started this Juice It Up! We happened to be on the west side today and I suggested popping in this place since we've never been. We texted the owner to see if we might see him there. He was off for the day. That didn't deter us from trying it out. My husband will no longer get a smoothie from Keva or Jamba since they put sorbet/sherbet in many of their drinks. Usually is very good but yesterday we ordered one smoothie and two build your own bowls. We specified no banana which we saw on the order screen. Somehow all three items still ended up with banana. I have a a sensitivity to banana and was unable to have any of the items. For the price (and tip) this is disappointing. Probably not going to return if we can't be sure our orders are handled properly.
