New hires are completely INCOMPETENT! I have never in my life had so many issues with a damn bowl! Why do you make it wrong every single time now? How hard is it to READ an order? 3 toppings come with a bowl and I only ask for two, yet you keep making it wrong and keep adding things that were not ordered! Every single time.
Don’t answer phone been trying to process my refund for a month
They're always busy when I come in. They make my drinks good everytime. Just an over all good place to get a drink when it's hot or whenever. They do need to clean up more often. I understand that they don't always have the time, but they should hire an extra person who can empty the trashes, sweep, mop, ect cause it can look prettier in there.
Was second in line, for 20 minutes. Out of 3 workers not one took an order in those 20 minutes & only 1 customer who had already paid (out of 5 who were waiting) received half their order in those 20 minutes. I left when 2 of the workers went to the back and did not come back out. DO BETTER.
Service is decent but the consistency in drinks is lacking!!! I get one drink and one drink only and it always tastes different.
