I would hope an inviting and customer experience toward training is what this team would have or get trained on. I am not expecting cheerleaders and confetti but I would like to feel like a customer vs a transition. There is zero eye contact, and I felt like I had to say please and thank you to keep the atmosphere going in a positive direction.
