I have been going to Juice Generation for close to a decade, and this particular location for around 4 years. Unfortunately the service and quality has been going downhill, to the point where I may start going to the new Playa Bowls in Grand Central. I’m a frequent Juice Generation customer, but unfortunately this location has been disappointing on multiple visits. There always seem to be plenty of staff behind the counter (5–6 people at times), yet only one person is actually making drinks. This results in long waits, even when the store is packed.
