Juice Core has become a staple for me. I stopped in on a whim and tried the Berry Easy smoothie and their vegan potato salad—and I was instantly hooked. I’ve already been back twice this week and I live 20 minutes away, so that says a lot. I’ve called ahead a couple times just to check if they had the potato salad in stock (yes, I realize how obsessed I am), and both times they went out of their way to help.
