I was an "out of towner" stranded grandmother who didnt dare shut off my car for fear it would not start. 3:47 pm I Called Fleet farm automotive, and they recommended Juhl. They took me in (they were crazy busy) courtesy ride to my daughter's place. 8:00 the next morning, car was examined, full diagnostic check with a printed out diagnostic, and not an expensive starter, but a new battery. My Jeep had many issues and Juhl Automotive addressed them all. Not only did they address them, their customer service was top-notch and the system they used to update you with issues is awesome. You get real time updates and can approve/deny work. I highly recommend going to Juhl automotive for services needed. This will be my go to place now. I did some suspension work on my car and then called Juhl to bring it in for an alignment. They were able have me drop my car off that very second! When I got home and was cleaning up my tools, I noticed I forgot to put a couple of bolts back on for the brake lines. I gave them a call and brought my bolts back over and they were able to put them on for me while they were doing the alignment, thanks again!! Brought my GMC Yukon into Juhl Automotive because it had several warning lights and some other issues that had stumped the previous mechanic shop. They diagnosed and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Their experience with GMC vehicles really shows. Excellent customer service too — couldn’t be happier. This is my go-to shop from here on out!
Great customer service. They did a very thorough inspection and wrote a detailed report. They were very patient while I looked it over with my dad and also gave me reliable advice. I never felt pressured into anything and the quotes given were very reasonable. Unfortunately I decided the car wasn't worth the repairs, but if I have any issues with my next vehicle I will definitely be back! My favorite part was playing with their friendly lab in the lobby. ❤️
