I tried the acai smoothie bowl with banana, strawberries, and blueberries, plus additional healthy drinks. The fruits were fresh and generous in portion. The acai base was smooth and not overly sweet, which I really liked. The granola added a great texture. The drink was refreshing as well—perfect for a light meal or breakfast. I’d definitely come back to try more!
I’m disappointed with my experience. We took the time to come to the store to redeem a reward that was sent to me by email. However, the staff said the system could not recognize my phone number, even though my phone number is registered in my account and I had the barcode with me. If the reward cannot actually be redeemed in store, I’m not sure why it was sent in the first place. It felt like our time was not respected. I am still thinking about this matter after I got home.
This location doesn't honour their email promotions and gave reason as their Rewards system has been broken for a week. Plenty of drink shops in the mall that I will spend my money at instead.
