Jugo Juice Richmond center has great tasting chicken sandwiches and the smoothies are very fresh and delicious. I really like their acai protein and mocha smoothie. Highly recommend
如果有0星我一顆都不想給，尤其是那個中年華人女服務生，態度有夠差的，應該是主管，明明我生日收到e mail通知可以拿免費飲品，跟我說不行 說5/4更改政策，我回去寫e mail詢問他們的客服部分，客服說我如果是在5/4之前收到確定還是可以使用說會跟他們聯繫要我再去試一次，結果剛好還是那個華人女人，她態度一樣超爛，我甚至拿我的e mail給她看，她始終還是不願意給我兌換，我問她的名字因為我必須回覆e mail上去，她不肯給，總之這是一間非常爛的公司，已經不是拿不拿的問題，而是我被同一個人羞辱，噁心的業者，永遠不會再去這家光顧！
The smoothie quality was already disappointing, but the customer service made it even worse. The staff was rude, uninterested, and didn’t handle concerns professionally at all. Definitely not coming back.
