“I visited Jugo Juice yesterday to redeem my birthday free drink, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I asked if I could choose a juice, the employee responded with attitude and said ‘no,’ and that I could only choose from two specific smoothies. The way she spoke felt rude and unhelpful. I didn’t feel welcomed as a customer, especially on my birthday. I hope the store can improve customer service and train staff to communicate more politely.”
Terrible service, the lady is so slow for do an order 3 customers will be there on line around 20 min waiting for our orders. If she can’t do it by herself send someone to help her poor woman mixed up all the orders and everybody was so confused. Also she get upset because we were just asking where are our orders and she didn’t answer
