Parents, stay away from this Jugo Juice. They will watch you order food for your kid, stay silent about a promo deal, and then lock you out of it once you pay. When I pointed out the deal on the right-side screen, the employee told me it was "too late" and literally blamed me, saying it was "on me" for not looking at their screen. Zero customer service recovery, zero accountability, and just pure arrogance. Take your business to a place that doesn't gaslight its customers.
Came here to claim a birthday reward. Showed off my barcode. Intended to get a cookie with it. Clerk says I can only claim it for a smoothie. I go okay. Order my smoothie. They say pay first then they’ll scan. I’m confused but do it. They scan my thing. I ask for my receipt and they point at it and say I need to buy something again in order to redeem my points. I emailed customer service and haven’t heard anything. Don’t trust this store.
JUGO @ Metrotown is going downhill. If you’re going to hire someone make sure they know how to make a drink. Ordered a mighty kale and it tastes weird and warm. WTH. Never going there again

Hands down, some of the best drink I’ve had recently! I ordered the Mighty kale, and the freshness of the ingredients was unforgettable.
