I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. They refused to honor the birthday reward and didn’t seem willing to participate in the Jugo Juice promotion at all. It’s frustrating because these offers are clearly part of the brand’s customer experience, yet they were not respected here. It makes me question the consistency and reliability of this store compared to others.
Nice and cozy with good variety and friendly service
Their new menu is not as good, the quality of the granola has gone down recently. They got rid of some of their best smoothie bowls. They also fail to properly blend the smoothies most of the time, leaving chunks of frozen fruit in most of the bowls. The service is good, so it sucks that the food isn’t.
