second time coming here, my peanut butter chocolate smoothie doesn’t taste like peanut butter or chocolate (or anything really)

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. They refused to honor the birthday reward and didn’t seem willing to participate in the Jugo Juice promotion at all. It’s frustrating because these offers are clearly part of the brand’s customer experience, yet they were not respected here. It makes me question the consistency and reliability of this store compared to others.
