I visited Jugo Juice and was disappointed that they couldn’t make orange juice because the machine was being washed, even though the store was still open. It’s frustrating to keep customers waiting or turning them away for basic menu items during business hours.
I ordered a drink from here through Uber Eats and there was a staple, yes an actual METAL STAPLE. In my drink, absolutely insane. Me or my partner could’ve seriously gotten hurt had one of us swallowed the staple. I did go to the doctor just to get checked. Such things should never happen and this is honestly so unacceptable.
Genuinely wondering if there is any protein powder in the smoothie bowls. I can always taste it when I get it from other locations, but never this one…
Hi there, I have no problems personally with your establishment, but I'm very disappointed about MNP's upcoming paid parking policy. I love to enjoy a Jugo after a workout with friends, but I can't justify spending $8/hour in order to do so. Hopefully you can speak to MNP management about how the parking policy may negatively impact your business.
