Navneet was super kind and I was able to redeem my birthday smoothie without any trouble! Love this jugo juice :) Got the Pink Power protein smoothie and it’s soooo good.
Came there in the morning highly recommended.
Went to get a mocha smoothie which states it is made with cold brew when I saw the lady make it they are using high sugar “iced coffee” flavoured syrup. No cold brew. Just a warning.
Too bad they close their tills 20mins before closing. They denied 2 orders. It would be better to close the doors if they can’t serve anymore.
Update: the manager reached out to me and was gracious enough to offer a gift card and thorough analysis of my situation via email. Maybe 5 stars is yet to come from the previous low review, but for now 4 stars and a heartfelt thank you to this individual is in order! Unlike many places that may initially get a low-rating, this place makes up for it.
