I visited them for redeeming birthday reward but every time when I visited they said their machine is not working and got the same reply in the span of 15 days. Not sure if they making it an excuse.. I will never come here again.

Terrible service Its boxing day and I wanted to redeem my birthday drink which was the 25th They said they can’t because it is boxing day which doesn’t make sense. Its a smoothie it isn’t like it is clothes that you need to return or exchange.
