Update: the manager reached out to me and was gracious enough to offer a gift card and thorough analysis of my situation via email. I went to this location today and had to left the store without getting anything. Employee name Thane’s service was very very poor. I asked her for fresh juice with mangoes frozen . she denied . I informed her that I use to get same thing from other locations as well. She was telling me that what she can make instead of listening me what I want to order. I was standing there and she was telling other employee something without taking my order. I had to leave the store with nothing.
Very bad service , I ordered 3 cheese grill melt and she gave me with bacon . This is really weird store sells sandwich and they don’t have sauce . Stupid at all I will never come
