Went to this location. Gave them a 20% off coupon (coupon clearly states 20%off entire order and the Bernard location). Lady at the counter said I needed to buy a smoother in advance before I could use the coupon. After back and forth she agreed to the coupon. Then charged full price. No discount on the smoothie. Skip this location and go somewhere else!!!!
Delicious and fresh poke bowl served by the best server Aman! Food was 5 out of 5 but her service is 10 out of 5! Coming back tomorrow.

I had a great experience at Jugo Juice on Bernard Avenue in Kelowna. The location is convenient, especially if you’re downtown and looking for something quick, fresh, and healthy. The menu has a good variety of smoothies, juices, and light snacks, and everything is made fresh to order. The staff were friendly and efficient, even when it was busy.
