Bad service, first they have 50% on sandwiches if you purchase a large smoothies, they billed me wrong and I have to remind them. Second the green glow was very watery, when I mentions about it, they just put more kale, it came out still watery so they decided to make a new one. While the lady was making the green glow and about to close then lid, I asked her why she didn’t add the avocado? Change the staff, they are not happy and no apology. Stay away from this place.
I found the owner/manager rude and stressed out zero courtesy. I asked for a drink without apple juice and water instead which is what I do at every jugo juice and it tastes great. It was all water. I thought it might have been my fault so I went today and again watery smoothie. Not what I am used to. I noticed they used a ton of ice cubes. The whole environment is stressy and they are too cheap to have regular menus on the counter just xerox black and white copies. Meh. Won't be back.
I would never posted a review but today i witnessed a customer getting angry on staff members whereas they were not even did anything wrong , while i was waiting my food. As far as i got overheard the situation after getting smoothie bowls customer return first said it didn’t taste good, employee was listening very calmly first and she offered to re make the bowl ,, then customer switched it’s cold she explained of course it’s frozen fruits so it should be cold that’s how we can achieve consistency and she wasn’t getting sat... read more
Ordered a smoothie and got chocolate milk instead. $7 for a cup of milk. What the heck is this… So I guess if you order a smoothie now you have to make sure you ask for it to actually be a smoothie?
