I would never posted a review but today i witnessed a customer getting angry on staff members whereas they were not even did anything wrong , while i was waiting my food. As far as i got overheard the situation after getting smoothie bowls customer return first said it didn’t taste good, employee was listening very calmly first and she offered to re make the bowl ,, then customer switched it’s cold she explained of course it’s frozen fruits so it should be cold that’s how we can achieve consistency and she wasn’t getting sat... read more
Ordered a smoothie and got chocolate milk instead. $7 for a cup of milk. What the heck is this… So I guess if you order a smoothie now you have to make sure you ask for it to actually be a smoothie?
We visited jugo juice while visiting CF pacific centre in Vancouver. Disgusting service from the lady working there. She was very rude and quickly threw together our drinks together & was in a rush. We ordered the orange juice & tropical juice mixed with guava juice, pineapple juice and mango juice both were nothing special.
Today went to do some shopping for a business meeting, and I was quite stressed, but we ran into SAMA a gorgeous angel who really made my day by making the best possible delicious drink. I really appreciated her service kindness, and product knowledge. This location is very lucky to have someone like her who cares this deeply about the business.
The attitude of the staff working was insanely rude. She started with a terrible tone and attitude and told me to “go figure it out” without helping us at all. I’m just baffled by how she treats customers as we weren’t rude to her at all. Please train your staff on customer service
