What a terrible experience. The parfaits were watery. The chicken in my panini was cold. Bun was hard. The food was handled with unclean hands by the gentleman there. He was on his cell phone and touched our food with the phone. I mentioned it, he said he didn’t. Why is he on his cell phone and handling food? My husband got food poisoning that day from their food. Never going back.
Over priced food and poor food handling. Purchased two sandwiches, a blueberry chia seed parfait and what supposed to be a Greek yoghurt mango parfait $30. The. Parfaits were so old and watery I had to throw the blueberry one away. Both sandwiches came out cold in the middle after being grilled. We asked them to reheat the sandwiches with one of the employees taking the liberty of picking one of the sandwiches up and using his phone in hand to hold the sandwich in place.
