I bought a salad listed for 9.95 but was charged 15.45. When I pointed this out as asked for a refund of the difference she ignored and dismissed me but telling me “no that’s just an old sign, the price is 15”. I said she should change the sign then and she replied “yeah yeah,” and waved me off. There was super rude service and the food was awful. Gross salad, wrap and smoothies. For three smoothies, a wrap and a salad, I paid $50. Terrible.
What a scam. The staff have given me the wrong amount of change too many times to have been by accident. The food is very poor quality, and old. The chia seed pudding I ordered was gross, watery, and must have been frozen multiple times. And the prices are insane! The staff bribe you with discounts if you leave a 5 star review. And the customer service is horrible. Really disappointing experience everytime I visit this location.
The service was slow as hell
Smoothies take 3-4 business days to make. Every. Single. Time I'm waiting at least 15 min. Brutal.
