They dont accept the jugo rewards offers... watered down drink, won't return.
I visited Jugo Juice on September 22 around 6:45 PM and ordered a taro milk tea. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drink had no vanilla syrup in it, so it tasted like water with no flavour. When I asked, the staff member said they don’t add vanilla syrup and that’s how it comes, but the website lists vanilla syrup as part of the ingredients. Taste too watery for me.
I visited this Jugo Juice at Willowbrook Shopping Centre (19705 Fraser Hwy K8, Langley, BC) on August 30, 2025 around 11:05 AM. I ordered a Pink Oasis smoothie bowl, but while preparing my food, the staff member was holding her cell phone and talking on the phone for an extended period without wearing a mask. When I pointed out that this was unsafe and unhygienic, she excused it by saying she was calling her manager.
