Went in to redeem my birthday reward, but also had another reward on my account. The guy scammed me and scanned my card twice, using up both rewards without me knowing it. I thought it was a bit weird at the time, but maybe he had put the wrong thing in. Until I visited another location to redeem the other reward only to find out it was gone. Highly recommend very friendly staff and quality drinks
I’m appalled by my experience at Jugo Juice on Deerfoot. Today, I ordered what was supposed to be bubble tea, but instead, I was handed a cup of foul, sour liquid that tasted like rotten milk. It was completely inedible! When I complained to the staff, two of the workers—who was a young Filipino and senior Vietnamese lady who dismissed my concerns outright and insisted they made the drink correctly.
