I visit the chinook mall frequently, every time I order from there the guy who made juice don’t wear the hand gloves, I noticed it each time I visit there, he is the only one who don't follow the sanitary protocols. It seems so yakk, someone please tell him to wear it each time he makes juices!!
Had a horrible experience with the staff today! Ordered a Blue Crush but got Gray Crush instead. The guy with the glasses took and made my order, he used a used blender for my drink. I told him my order isn't blue enough and he told me that is what it is. Never coming back to this location!
I enjoy coming to this location and ordering the Kale Aid! I recently visited with a large group and everyone was quite happy with their drinks. The staff are courteous and they provide efficient service!
I had a really disappointing experience with a young man who claimed to be the manager. I ordered a triple charger without ice, but they made it with ice. When I mentioned it, he just said he could remove the ice and proceeded to scrape it out with a knife, touching the juice with his hands in the process. When I asked for a replacement, he was quite rude and seemed reluctant to help. I'm giving this location 5 stars. I am thankful for the staff that let my son watch them make smoothies when he told them that he loves to watch the blenders spin. The asian guy welcomed my son and let him watch them 3x and didn't drove him away. We even ended up placing an order which tasted so good. I don't know why this location kept getting bad reviews.
