Hours of operation state they open at 11am. It’s currently 11:10am and I am standing in front of the counter. Lights off, no employees. Guess I will go somewhere else.
Closing time states that it’s 7pm on a Wednesday. Went there at 6.15pm and it’s not even open.
Staff are very rude and does not have time to explain the loyalty program.
I every time order and the one girl always talk in rudely. I hate this location service. May be you need more talented persons who are good in customer service.
I get the best service from Aditi. She is always sooo kind and sweet. I always look forward to talking with her while she makes my drinks. She’s very knowledgeable and knows what drinks would satisfy my cravings. I always look to get served by her.
