Nothing like standing at a booth with no service bell wondering where the cashier is only to find her sitting on a crate head in her phone. Had I not said hi I wouldn’t have been helped. Next, the cups aren’t the branded ones, they honestly seem smaller than the jugo juice cups. And to top it off my choco coco smoothie—that costs almost as much as the hourly wage of the girl sitting on the crate—tastes like soap. Disappointing is an understatement.

I’ve had the Big Blue several times in the past and it was always great. This time, though, it was a huge disappointment. I couldn’t even finish it. It tasted nothing like I remembered. It wasn’t properly mixed, and I couldn’t taste the protein or the blueberry at all. Instead, it had a strong apple flavor and was very watered down. Taste was just not right at all.

The East Indian lady told me the birthday smoothie can only be Classic smoothie. My girlfriend who has her birthday two weeks ago redeemed protein smoothie at Metrotown location. This lady is so mean is cheap. After my girlfriend confronted her, she agreed to make me a protein smoothie. Running a business like this will only bring them down

The smoothy was very watered down and the contents just separated. Haven’t had this issue in other locations. Also the lady wasn’t professional, rather was rude.
