I was there to redeem my free smoothie and a South Asian lady worker said the scanner isn't working, even if the red light is blinking. Eventually it worked. If you get some worker says like this, just let them try it, I feel like they lie for no reason, what a shame!
The lady working here today was so perfect and willing to do a complicated custom smoothie bowl order with so much love, patience and understanding and explained everything so well. I hope she'll always be there to nourish other souls with the good products here who know how to appreciate this place the way it deserves to be
The worker was talking on the phone with speaker phone. But i tried to make a order still. But she didnt care. Usually the workers here were on the phone with speaker phone or earbuds on. The service is terrible.
The smoothie we ordered did not taste right. Very watery and clearly wasn't made properly. Was too far to go back and complain but I wish I did.
