They promote free birthday smoothies and rewards for new app users, but this location never seems to honor them. There is always an excuse like “the machine isn’t working.” It’s frustrating and feels dishonest to advertise something you don’t provide.
Jugo offers fairly ordinary juices at very high prices. It might be worth trying if you’re really into juices, but I only tried the orange juice and found it extremely overpriced.
Terrible man managing the booth. I already contacted HQ. This guy should either be fired or the franchise revoked.
