The staff was good, courteous and I presume the work was done correctly (it was in a area that is not readily visible). The only issue I have is I had a $5 part put in, my truck was in the shop for 30 minutes and the labor charge was $188!
After a great deal of research on the truck I was interested in buying, I decided to make the 150 mile trip to Alexandria. I only looked at 2 other trucks (same model and year) and was very disappointed. It Seems dealers mostly want to charge $25-35,000 with trucks with 100k miles, random dents all over, or with a completely rusted out frame. Frankly, it's insulting.
