It took from January 20 when the steering went out until March 6 to finally get my car back. Their reasoning was that " there wasn't an appointment before we dropped the car off". Given that the steering was failing, which I don't know how to "schedule" that, we opted to drive a mile cross town instead of 20 miles home, schedule the appointment and then 20 miles back.
