Vehicles were dirty. No call no show. No assistance with anything. Didn't even greet me or my Home Health Aide. I'd rather walk.

Made my dying aunt crawl in and out of the back of one of their vans like a dog with no assistance what so ever. This service is childish and unprofessional. they need to quit hiring people that think they aren’t gonna work. If I could leave negative stars I would. It is completely unacceptable to do such a thing and call yourself a medical service.

One of their drivers just almost caused a major accident because they were in the wrong lane, and they were trying to cut off people in the correct lane. A small grey sedan and it also has brake lights out. Seems like a complete lack of care for their vehicle and care for other drivers

This service is terrible we were a half an hour late to a scheduled doctors appointment and the driver van was dented on the side and not only that did not apologize for running late and when you called to speak to a dispatcher they tell you 10 minutes away or six minutes away and meanwhile that is not in accurate time of when they're gonna show up the van was filthy the driver looked done professional and the whole service is just terrible and I'm going to further report this to UPMC and file a complaint
