AWFUL! We had the worst experience possible. Had other services that were wonderful and kind. ONLY A 3 minute hell trip turned into ride that he stopped r van and he told us how long r dr. appointment was going to be!!!! Our appointment was for an 1.5hrs. And he said we only get an hour of medical ride. Had to make another appointment for more time if over an hour. He said this and so did his company. He was rude, and had a threatening demeanor. I would put none but it requires at least one, the lady that answers the phone there is so disrespectful and ignorant not to mention unprofessional!!! Look elsewhere if you’re in search of a ride company.

Love this company I can't say enough good about there always on Time carrying staff when I can drivers always willing to go extra miles and above and beyond been using them for years highly recommend they are 10 Stars in my opinion

Judy’s Team has been the best for me while I needed transport! They are all so kind, between the drivers and Melissa, who schedules. We have a tough driveway and they give it their all every time with ZERO complaints. I also felt the wait times for pickup were pretty fast. Never waited more than a hour. Just an all around good company and life saver for me while I needed the transport. Would definitely recommend!

Sure is interesting how with these kind of services, almost all you see is people endlessly complaining. Nope, they never take the time to compliment, but boy, you make one mistake and they rain down hard. What a world we live in. Give me a break people.
