I have used this company for my mother quiet a few times and every time i was nothing but disgusted. Not only are the vehicles absolutely horrendous. The individual who now answers the phones who claims they are "dispatch" clearly does NOT know how to do their job. It is very clear the owner of this company does NOT take any pride in the transportation of our loved ones and the community because every vehicle I have seen pick my mother up looked as if it should NOT be on the road.
