All staff members do great work. Everyone is warm and welcoming
I went in for a simple blowout and walked out feeling upset and insulted. Instead of focusing on the service I actually booked, the stylist kept pointing out how I “lost a lot of hair from childhood until now” — something no professional should be saying to a client. It felt unnecessary, rude, and completely inappropriate. On top of that, they repeatedly pushed hair extensions on me, even after I made it clear I wasn’t interested. I went to this beauty parlor recently for a haircut. I was truly amazed by the great haircut I got for a geart price. The stylist did exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend. I will be going back for a hair color.
