Judy is the best of the best. I've been going to her shop for decades. She is an artist. Her prices are more than fair; in fact they are lower than most of her competitors'. Just is hilariously funny too. It's like getting a floor show while getting your hair done. No matter how low you may feel when you go in, you'll feel like a million bucks coming out. No one touches my hair but Judy.
