Terrible experience. Made appointments for the entire family but only my husband and three kids were "lucky enough" to be seen by the doctor. I was called about my own appointment twice on a very short notice (same day) to be informed I could not be seen that day. I had basically lost an entire day of my PTO time for absolutely nothing which already had me furious. We had an emergency extraction for my 16 yr son. We were new patients and this office went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only was getting in a breeze, Dr. Warren was so quick and efficient it made our experience at the dentist a very pleasant one! I’m so thankful for her skill and talent she is definitely a rockstar in her profession!! My son and I will highly recommend her and definitely will make her our dentist from here on our!
Dr. Warren is a rockstar! From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling faces and felt at ease. The office staff was friendly and helpful. This has been the best dental experience of my life! I had a dental emergency and they fit me in almost immediately. Dr. Warren was able to fix my tooth, when I thought for sure it wouldn’t be saved. She is a talented Doctor with amazing staff! I would recommend her to anyone.
I have had nothing but the best treatment from Dr. Warren! Always very professional and kind. Her staff is amazing too!
I just received a call about 3 hrs before my appointment to inform me that they cannot clean my teeth because I have to see a periodontist because I have deep pockets and they can't reach the back teeth. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I scheduled the appointment about 2 months ago? She said, "well sometimes they don't read the notes and so they didn't know. I took a day off of work for this appointment only to say that I have to see another periodontist. Not going there anymore!!! 😡😡😡
