Visited this office and "Dr." Pratt seems more interested in neighborhood gossip, like where you work, who knows whom, and how she is close friends with and engages in the same exclusive social clubs as those with whom you work, etc., -- This was a bit intrusive into the private lives of patients, causing a real disturbing wonder about patient confidentiality. Reluctant to go to a follow-up appointment, I was yelled at by the intake staff and belittled for not giving enough notice on cancelling the appointment. A matter of e... read more
