Judy helped us both buy & sell our condo at Pelican Cove and she was terrific throughout. She worked hard to get us the best deals and managed some tricky situations. She’s confident, experienced and totally focused on getting the transaction done - exactly what you want in an agent. Her recommendations on contractors are also excellent. On a personal level, she is kind and delightful. We’ve done a lot of real estate purchases and sales around the country and Judy was a standout among the many agents we’ve dealt with.

We can't recommend Judy highly enough! Judy has been very helpful in selling our condo -- especially during this challenging time for sales in Florida. She helped us find a lawyer who could help us close the sale as well as handled some things we would have had trouble doing ourselves, given we live on the other side of the country!
