Lack of communication poor customer service skills my accident has was back in March…it’s now November they have not even prepared a demand packet sent out I was told it was sent out back in October come to find it was never sent out at all I had like 2 diff people working in my case I had to resubmit all important document all over again I do not feel as though my case is a priority I’ve never delays with a law firm like this
