When we were looking for a condo in a specific location we called Judy. She said she knew of two possibilities that were not currently listed, but the owners may be amiable to considering an offer. We made an offer to one of those units and it was declined. So I made an offer on the second and she was correct. It closed yesterday!!! This woman really knows her stuff, I highly recommend her!
