About this business

A family-run business, today the Fu family continues running Judy Fu's, which has an important place in Seattle's Chinese cuisine landscape. The noodles, literally shaved off a large dough column, are thick and savory. The noodles and specialties like peppered shrimp, clay hot pot, and mu-shu keep this converted house hopping. A dumpling chef works non-stop to fill orders for pot-stickers. The wait-staff is brisk and friendly.

By far the best there is. I drive up from Olympia just to visit Dave and "The Snap" as my boys and I call this place. My oldest son who 28, came in a car seat to visit when he was a baby.

Didn't really like it at all. Felt like the noodles were undercooked.

Was served pork instead of veggie dumplings. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, I've never eaten pork. I'm beyond disgusted by this place. I'll never go back.

I figured out the secret ingredient in everything they make: love. Dave and Judy love their crew, and it shows. The food is top quality every time, service is fantastic. I've been a long time guest and I've had the privilege of delivering their food through Postmates. Sharing the love that makes this place the best Chinese cuisine in the state is always an honor. Keep the jiao-zi going, and never underestimate the power of love.

First visit today but it won't be the last. Everything was delicious! Portions are huge and prices were reasonable. Service was quick despite having a large group of us. Can't wait to go back.
