I would not recommend using this clinic. They don’t return voicemails and to get things actioned takes a long long time. The cosmetic surgeon they brought to the office was dealing with multiple patience at once and didn’t really care to listen about the issues I was trying to have taken care of.
Fantastic clinic, Dr Linden and staff are very knowledgeable about HBOT and advanced wound care. Shadi is an incredible nurse, she cares for her patients and is highly experienced on wound care. They have a system set in place where you are in and out pretty quick. I would recommend this clinic and the team.
Very unprofessional....never followed up with referral sent by doctor...kept on waiting over a month for a follow up call...no one called...had to call myself and receptionist was very negative about the referral...made quick neg assumptions....i was shocked with the negativity...did not even see me and made assumptions they cannot help me....heartbreaking to have ppl working in the health profession with no empathy for ppl in need of care.....very sad........
Dr. Linden and staff, Kim, Michelle, everyone was so great, so helpful. The best in wound care.
Dr. Linden is the BEST doctor anybody could ask for. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
