Been trying to get a cash out on a policy since October. They mailed the paperwork (which they filled out themselves), I signed and returned to them. After a few weeks I called to find out that they had processed the check but where sending it to the wrong address. They also informed me that they would contact the regional office and get it corrected. They later confirmed that they got it handled and I should expect the check soon. Judy has been my agent since she began with State Farm over 30 years ago. I have had many types of insurance, auto, home, life and more. I have never had any issues with claims. Judy has always answered questions and concerns promptly. She and her staff are very kind and do a wonderful job!!

Don’t get your insurance from State Farm unless you want to be accused of someone who doesn’t even live in your household OR the same town as you driving your car They’ll have you sign a paper stating nobody else drives your car and they’ll still cancel your insurance plan :) -0/10
