Lynn Judson and her staff are off the charts wonderful! They helped me and my wife find a home after we got burned out in the wildfires of 2007. I went through several realtors that kept pushing me to buy a home I either couldn't afford or in an area I didn't want to live. One realtor wouldn't come to Escondido to show me homes because she didn't like the drive from San Diego. Lynn was the opposite; kind, patient, thorough, and understanding. We had Kim as our realtor and she was amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers so had a million questions. She answered all of our questions and was so patient with us. She was honest and protected us. We were referred to Kim from a friend, I cannot say enough good things about her. We will recommend her to everyone!
I met Lynn in 2006. She helped me buy a home; then manage that home when I relocated for work in 2012. Flash forward to 2021 and she sold it for me in 4 hours, 10% above list price. She and her team are the best! Thoughtful, supportive, straightforward and honest.
