My friend purchased an automobile from this "dealership". He was told the noise in the front end was most likely the brakes. He asked me to replace his brake pads and rotors and I was appalled by what I discovered. His front brakes were fine but his rear calipers were seized. Worst experience ever!! Buy a car from them if you want it broke down. Not even 3 weeks later the car stops. It needs an alternator, passenger door stuck and window won't go down. I called them they won't even HELP me get the car fixed. So I let them know My friends is looking to buy a car we were just on their lot Sunday looking at cars. Bad business they just lost 5k! WORST experience EVER!!! I purchased a 2005 Passat on 3/5/2017. The car seemed ok.. paid cash for the vehicle and as soon as I left the lot the engine light came on. I called Mike and told him about the light and said that issue could be that there is no fuel in the car. Fuel and engine light? I guess because the VW book was incorrect and thought I would actually be dumb enough to believe that.
