Saw Lucas Matlock. Total salesman. Non stop talking Messed up my back and i did not complain about my back.. Steve the Owner will not call me back. Stay away from this place!
Red flags of chiropractors is the extensive treatment plan and manipulating non-injured areas. This is what Dr. Lucas did. Now my non-injured area is in pain. He misalgned my hips. Total salesman mentality to keep you coming in. Cares more about money than health. I do habe before and after x-rays.
This facility is not requiring employees or patients to wear mask or follow any kind of Covid 19 protocols . As a healthcare professional I’m required to wear a certain Ppe for my profession I would believe they would also for respect not to patients but themselves. I would give 0 stars if I could. This facility is not requiring employees or patients to wear mask during the Covid 19 pandemic. The owner and head chiropractor refuses and also travels to states with high infection rates and refuses to quarantine when he comes back to CT. It is people like him that are endangering so many others l. I called the public health dept hopefully they do something.
