Unfortunately, this office lacks any real professionalism. Emails are not returned in a timely fashion, timelines discussed were missed, my case was continually pushed aside while I was given excuses: “my afternoon got a bit high (sic) jacked.” “I am slammed until next Tuesday.” “I was going through emails over the weekend and noted that I hadn’t responded.
