Unfortunately, this office lacks any real professionalism. Emails are not returned in a timely fashion, timelines discussed were missed, my case was continually pushed aside while I was given excuses: “my afternoon got a bit high (sic) jacked.” “I am slammed until next Tuesday.” “I was going through emails over the weekend and noted that I hadn’t responded. Even though I am in Great Falls Marty was willing to take my case without hesitation. He did an exceptional job, keep in constant contact with me and provided updates as soon as they were available. He was very compassionate to my situation and walked me through every step of the process. He even traveled down to Great Falls for a court appearance that was the easiest I have ever experienced.
