What a safe place to speak. I have visited a few times now with Kath and with every session I am feeling more and more comfortable to be able to open up about my struggles and have been given different strategies to manage and work through these struggles. Big Thankyou.
I really like this place. The vibe feels like more psychologist receptions feel like. And the staff, in particular, Penny, is super friendly. I see a psychologist here and he is quite good. Great boundaries, good insight, good use of techniques. I’m always wary of reviews if a psychology practice which I don’t think should be a thing, but I wanted to share my experience and think these guys do well
I went twice. From the first visit I was waiting for... well... professional help. Absolutely shocking . I have never been so insulted by the pathetic approach . I have been before for psychological help and have received that, at different places. This Bundoora place and the woman was... well bad news... I am stunned at the incompetence. She gave me some stuff to do at home, then was so disinterested. Enough. I'm just amazed. Disgusting.
I've been seeing Jordie for a few months now and have seen great progress. She is a kind and caring psychologist who listens and makes you feel comfortable.
