Dr. Mejia is a wonderful woman who is genuinely friendly and cares about her patients. I find her to be warm and truly interested in my well-being and health. She is a rare dentist who doesn't just stop in at the end of a cleaning for a quick poke of the teeth and a "floss more" quip before leaving. She performs even simple visits like cleanings instead of leaving it entirely to her staff, who are also quite nice. Highly recommend and sad that I moved too far to be part of her practice any more.
Find a more serious professional Dentist (she she seems okay but very chatty and doesn't stop talking for a moment to the assistant either). I guess it's a matter of preference. I prefer someone to just "do their work" and not get into my business, keep it just on a professional level, not everyone is there to make friends!
