Completely insensitive to what my daughter was experiencing and traumatized us both further in the process. I am devastated to have put my daughter in the hands of such a physician. The nurse, whose name I was too upset to ask for, looked horrified as well. I will never forget the way my child and I were addressed during such a vulnerable period in our lives.
I am so grateful for Judith Dodd and her team. They were beyond helpful, caring, and present with us for our visit. I felt heard and understood with Judith, she gave me so much hope. It is much appreciated! Kayla was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. And to the resident doctor there , my son is still cracking up about that wasp run on the playground! :-)
My child and I felt heard, we felt relieved and we felt welcomed. We received excellent care and received a lot of knowledge and insight!
