Dr Rippert has been my cardiologist for over 15 years. She is a good listener, excellent diagnostician, caring doc with absence of humor. What more can one ask for ? She spends as much time as needed with each patient. I think the world of her.
Scheduled for yearly apt on 7/3...they called me 2 wk before and said they needed to reschedule due to Dr's sched and said they couldn't get me for another 4 months. When I went in, I got fitted for the heart monitor, to wear for 2 wks. The heart monitor tech, Gayle, is as rude as can be. Spoke to her once w/questions, then left msg for the Dr. after turned in heart monitor and they gave msg to Gayle, who told me to stop calling. She has ZERO customer svc skills. This place is not professional
Yes. I have seen her over 10 years now. She is thorough and has a great bed-side manner. Dr. Rippert is caring and concerned about her patience.
Dr. Rippert is good staff is at a loss. Forgot I was waiting.
