Judicial was the title co on my 7/30 closing at which point they accepted all funds were provided wire instructions for proceeds. They had to wait until my lawyer (who was also the primary slacker on a deal that should have closed 7/8) sent them the payoff 8 days later on 8/6. My lawyer confirmed with me on 8/6 Judicial would wire the funds to be more close of business. Today, SIX DAYS later, THERES NO MONEY_ WHAT?
