Can’t get in contact with officer. They will schedule you for an office visit and have you sitting there for an entire hour after you’ve checked in, without communicating anything with, no consideration for anyone’s time. Very unprofessional.
I had to get a check corrected. A check that I had received had misspelled my name. I didn't have to wait long to speak to someone. You just have to make sure when you walk in to scan your ph with the barcode they have and then you have to log onto the computer and put that you are there for an Office visit. They had several choices. It's going to say it's invalid when you put in your info. I did get to speak to a Supervisor. I gave them back the check that had my name misspelled. I was upset when I left because of an issue with the online payment that's why I was sent from the court ,could not get it to process through the QR link went to this location I'm telling the lady it's the same link did it in front of her four times , she got the same result, y'all are having technical difficulties processing payments what's my next option it was money order!!
