I was extraordinarily impressed by Judicate West, in particular Peter Searle. Peter is a great communicator, and was able to find a solution that both parties may have been somewhat disappointed with, but that's the nature of mediation (no one gets entirely what they want). It was a fair proposal. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of what has taken place, since the mediation ended. If you have a case with these offices, don't expect anything good. They're on the side of the insurance companies. I didn't like the mediation; they pressured me to accept their offer or I'd lose everything! I don't recommend them.
