Super disrespectful to the 2016 Freedom High School Graduates right now with your loud music. Your staff is also awful and disrespectful. After tonight I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else!
Music has ruined graduation at FHS!! Can't hear the speeches and hostess was rude and hung up on me. But on the other hand.. we all know "there's a woman to blame!"
Was there Saturday and our party of 6 waited over 50 minutes for our food and then food was not hot. Server was good but the manager Never came by. Saw our server tell him and he acted like no big deal. Another table of 4 was seated next to us and it was a good 10 minutes before any one came by to get a drink order. they went to salad bar and finished ssalads before drinks. We got there about 6. Will not be back!
Good times, great view & awesome service! We had our sons 20th birthday dinner here tonight (were n town for a golf tournament). Madelyn (sp?) waited on us. She was sweet, attentive & informative regarding the menu since it was our first time here. We got the cheese sticks & onion ring appetizers, both huge & very good. We went yesterday for dinner and I had the river chips they were very good!
Thought we would try the buffet today and left us very disappointed. $13.00 per person and the vegetables were the same vegetables I can get off the bar at KFC!! Granted they have BBQ, smoked chicken and chicken tenders (which have no flavor) but not worth $13.00 per person. Then I placed a to-go order 20 minutes before we were finished eating and still waited 20 more minutes after we had finished eating to get it! Needless to say it will be my last trip!!!
Have eaten there plenty times and tried to last night. Went in the door and there were 7 people waiting to be seated. I stood there right in front of the podium to put my name in. Two groups were seated and I wasn't even looked at to put my name in. Left and don't plan on going back if that is how you treat repeating customers.
This is my first time and last time here! Never in my life have I sat at a restaurant for 10 minutes watching people being sat down and having their drink orders taken, while I sit with nothing, better yet a waitress never even addresses us! The host at the front sat us at that table, and after 10 minutes, when someone still hadn't asked "what could I got you to drink" we left!
My husband Adam took me to this place for our Anniversary.The staff was friendly .The food was absolutely delightful and they have the best salad bar that I've ever seen.The atmosphere is beautiful !! We decided to sit outside to eat because the weather was beautiful, and we had the most wonderful view of the river.After our meal we decided to walk the trails hand in hand all the way!
