We waited to be seated, waited then waited more. The hostess was more interested in the sucker in her mouth, and talking to another employee than seating us. So we left, went to Applebees and had a great lunch.
Nice and cozy restaurant with an outside view of the catawba river. The burnt ends brisket was divine! I will definitely be back! Great food and great service.
Excellent service, food, atmosphere and prices. Our granddaughters visit us every summer and love to eat there, outside on the deck over looking the river, we then do the River Walk.
Ate here yesterday and have been several times. Food is always good and our server yesterday was the best. She checked on us many times and made sure we never ran out of drinks. You can't beat the view either.
I ordered a sandwich. 45 minutes later, the server tells me they don't have the cheese required to make the sandwich. How embarrassing to run a restaurant, then be unable to furnish even a simple club sandwich in less than an hour. The manager then tells us their is nothing they can do to make us feel better about the situation. They wouldn't even comp my wife's club soda, after not feeding someone at the table. Yesterday we drove to Judges Riverside and we were greeted by an empty hostess desk and employees busy running around that looked very unhappy. Waited 10 minutes and we were finally seated outside. The view by the river is beautiful, but I'm not paying for ONLY a view, we sat at our table 15 minutes before anyone even came to take out drink order. I go to Morganton for business and usually try to have at least one meal at Judges. Every meal I've had so far has been delicious and I often sit on the deck overlooking the river which is quite relaxing.
